Star tools are very similar to amplified tools. They are slightly weaker than the amplified redstone tools but are stronger than diamond tools. They can harvest amplified blocks without them exploding. Other than the super tool, star tools are the only tool capable of doing that. They are crafted using nether quartz for the handle and nether stars for the head in the vanilla crafting pattern. All star tools have the enchanted effect applied to them.
